At 1Deluxe we want every piece in your wardrobe to feel exactly right. Should an item not suit, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Kindly complete the request below before sending anything back – once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will email you the return address and everything you need.

What happens next

  1. We check your order number and confirm your request falls within 14 days of delivery.
  2. You will hear from us within 2 working days, whether or not the request has been approved.
  3. If approved, our email will include the return address. You send the item back to us, with postage at your own cost.
  4. Once it arrives and has been inspected, we dispatch your replacement.

Please note that 1Deluxe offers exchanges only; refunds are not available. Items returned without an approved request cannot be processed. Should you have any questions, our team is at your service at info@1deluxe.com.
